Treating the orgasmic loss in MS means understanding and knowing the factors that contributed to it. For example, if sensation is disturbed in the genitals then increasing stimulation to the other erogenous areas like the ears, lips, breasts can help the orgasmic response. Similarly, cerebral stimulation can be increased by exploring fantasies, watching sexually-oriented videos, and introducing new sexual games into sexual activities.
