An ex-employee at Oprah Winfrey’s OWN network sued Oprah & Co. on the grounds of being subject to a hostile work environment because of the fact that she is an MS sufferer. She also said that she was forced (it’s unclear whether by the company or her condition) to take a stress leave and leave of absence due to the fact that the workplace stress exacerbated her MS symptoms. As she was out on leave, she claims that the company replaced her with "a non-disabled and younger employee."
