During each relationship, members of a couple take different roles, be it the breadwinner, household manger, primary care giver for the children, etc. This division is usually done without discussion or negotiation and most times a tacit agreement is achieved. However, in the case of a couple in which one of the partners has MS the roles can change. This is why these couples should ask themselves if they are ready to change roles.
